This beautiful lady is from an old McCall’s Magazine advertisement. I put the yarn trim on the bodice of her dress to dress it up a bit! Also, on her shoulders I put brads that were the shiny gold ones you find in an office supply store. I put brown color bok chalk on them to ‘muddy’ them up a bid. This was a fun one. The background is a stamp and then I used Tim Holtz distress ink applied with his felt applicator. I do a lot of collage with old illustrations.
