Photos, Scrapbooking, Crafts, Recipes, and more.
This is going to be a fun blog about my photos, what I am scrapbooking, (including buying new, tools I am using lately, and inspiration.) Also, my paper craft items such as altered postcards, greeting cards, etc. And, who know what else I might blog about, antiques, thrift items, fabric, quilting, cycling, gardening, cooking, recipes, or just whatever tickles my fancy on any given day.
For starters, it is 8 degrees outside today and has been snowing since 4:00 a.m. It is a pretty snow but it is wreaking havoc on the streets. Anyway, I thought this would be a good time to share my Crock-pot Chili Recipe since I made it yesterday and have plenty leftover for today’s supper.
Eileen’s Famous Crock-pot Chili Recipe
2 lbs. ground beef, (browned and drained)
3 cans of Williams Chili Beans
3 cans Hunts Tomato Sauce
1 pkg Williams Chili Seasoning, (for 2lbs ground beef)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in 4 qt. Crock-pot and let cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with crackers and shredded cheese, (optional)
That’s it! Soooo simple isn’t it? Enjoy and stay warm today.
